Shipping

  • Orders ship out within 1–2 business days.

  • U.S. delivery: usually 3–7 business days.

  • For Canada and Mexico, please see the international shipping information below. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping service and may be affected by customs processing.

  • You’ll get a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Shipping to Canada & Mexico

For delivery to Canada or Mexico, please contact info@vhclab.com before placing your order. Include your destination postal code, the products you would like to order, and quantities so we can confirm shipping availability and provide a shipping quote based on your order and destination. International postage is paid by the customer. Our free U.S. shipping offer does not apply to international orders. We will confirm the shipping charge and estimated delivery time before you pay.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return unopened products in their original packaging.

  • For safety reasons, we can’t accept opened or used supplements.

  • Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns or ordering mistakes. VHC LAB covers necessary return postage for incorrect items we sent or products that arrive damaged. We do not charge restocking or additional handling fees.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For exchanges due to a change of mind or an ordering mistake, customers pay both the return postage and the postage to send the replacement. We confirm the replacement shipping charge before payment and dispatch. For incorrect items sent by VHC LAB or products that arrive damaged, VHC LAB covers the necessary return and replacement shipping costs. We do not charge restocking or additional handling fees. Contact us before sending any return or exchange. These postage rules also apply to Canada and Mexico, with shipping quoted for the destination.
